Chakra Balancing Dancing Meditation is a joyful guided dancing meditation. During this transformative experience, we will embark on a musical journey inspired by the elements of the chakras.
Through voice, movement, and self-expression, we will release blockages and tension, allowing for a deep sense of balance and harmony on all levels of our being.
Our skilled instructor will guide you through a dynamic and engaging session that will last approximately 2 hours. By connecting to the specific frequencies of each chakra, we will unlock the power of sound and movement to promote healing and transformation.
