Reiki & Crystal Healing is designed to balance your chakras, release, support, and clear your energetic, physical, mental, and emotional bodies, and promote deep relaxation. We will explore different brain waves to leave your mind calm and quiet and your body feeling relaxed and restored.
The session includes:
- Creation and reading of a crystal grid intuitively tailored to your needs
-Head-to-toe Reiki energy healing
-Gem therapy using gemstones, crystals, and a pendulum
-Chakra balancing meditation and relaxation
Reiki is an ancient Tibetan therapy that channels life-force energy through the palms of the hands and uses symbols to aid the energetic, emotional, or physical bodies. Reiki is light energy that flows where it is needed.
The purpose of Reiki & Crystal Healing is to balance and harmonize the chakras, as well as to release, support, and clear the energetic, physical, mental, and emotional bodies. The session aims to induce deep relaxation and explore different brain waves that leave the mind calm and quiet while restoring the body.

I was very surprised by my session with Angelica. I had not experienced an energy session like this before. I liked that the session was participatory as I could feel energy moving and see colours of light appear. Before the session, I had expressed that I had severely sprained my ankle and was experiencing pressure in my chest and difficulty breathing. After the session, I felt a lightness in my chest and cathartic from crying. Angelica has a natural way of holding space that builds the courage to be vulnerable in your experience and I am so happy that I did it!
She is great masseuse…she has a very intuitive touch and a pair of hands that work their magic on sore muscles.
