Temazcal is a rebirth and purification ceremony. It holds an ancestral knowledge that has the potential to reactivate the Memory of Origin within ourselves. We offer group temazcales, couple temazcales, and temazcales for specific healing purposes.
The temazcal is a place where we remember. We enter the womb of Mother Earth (inipi) to shed old skins and realign with our true nature. We are reborn with a reinforced and clear intention, offering our sweat and prayers, sharing with our tribe, and harnessing our spiritual warrior strength for the Earth.
The temazcal or inipi is a ceremony that takes place within the womb of Mother Earth, where we humbly enter to reclaim our powerful connection with her. We feel the transmuting fire through the hot stones, called "grandmothers," we elevate our prayers with Sacred Songs, and we gather as a tribe, feeling the ancestral memory awakening.
This experience provides purification on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
It allows us to reconnect with Mother Earth and tap into our most ancient selves.
The Temazcal ceremony grants us strength and clarity, helping us to release what no longer serves us and align with our true nature.
Through the use of hot stones, sacred chants, and communal sharing, we are able to let go of old patterns and beliefs and step into a space of renewal and empowerment.
This ritual can bring a deep sense of grounding and healing to those who participate, as they emerge with a renewed connection to themselves, each other, and the natural world.
It is recommended to avoid eating one hour before the session to facilitate the cleansing process.
Bring a swimsuit, towel, and sarong.
After the session, it is important to allow time for integration, as the effects of the technique may continue to unfold in the following hours or days.
