You will be expertly guided through a circular, conscious, and connected breath while lying down together in a secure and sacred space with your eyes closed. Through this breathwork experience, you will be able to embark on a deep inner journey and transform your consciousness. As your own healer, you can release stuck energy, embrace lightness, and gain profound insights. The session is designed to help you achieve breakthroughs and experience significant personal growth.

Before the Session

Breathing consciously can cause us to feel various sensations (which I will specify before the session). To prepare for the session, please be aware of the following:

Wear warm and comfortable clothes. Avoid tight underwear or excessive jewelry that may restrict your breathing and chest expansion.
Make sure you haven’t eaten within an hour of the session, as this will allow you to breathe without distractions and without feeling overly full or hungry.
If you’re taking any medications or have medical conditions like severe anxiety or cardiovascular diseases, please let us know before arriving and/or consult with a medical doctor prior to the session.

To create a safe space for the breathwork experience, please prepare the following:

Use a yoga mat or a comfortable, wide surface to lie down on.
Have a blanket nearby to keep your body warm.
Prepare a piece of fabric to cover your eyes and create a sense of darkness.
Ensure that your space is silent and free from interruptions.
Have your own crystal, necklace, or significant piece nearby for additional support.
Light candles, incense, palo santo, or use essential oils to create a calming atmosphere.
Use powerful Bluetooth speakers to play the ethereal sounds that will enhance the experience.
Keep a piece of paper and a pencil nearby to record any insights that may arise during the session.

After the Session

After the session, for the next 24 hours:

Drink plenty of water, eat well, and prioritize relaxation.
Avoid consuming alcohol and drugs.
Refrain from attending any major social events.
Minimize your contact with technology to help you maintain a sense of calm and minimize distractions.
Avoid discussing any hurtful emotional traumas, as this may bring up intense feelings and interfere with your healing process. Instead, focus on self-care and activities that bring you joy and peace.

The Place

In Ibiza, the session will take place at Can Vibration, located in the west of San Jose.

Sessions can also be arranged at the client’s home with one day’s advance notice.

In Mallorca, the sessions are held at a large crystal farm and private community home surrounded by animals and nature.
