Indulge your senses with our delightful cacao ceremony, where you can experience the natural high that comes from singing and dancing. Our cacao ceremony provides a safe and sacred space to let go and fully express yourself, leading to an experience of deep relaxation and emotional release. Before the session, we suggest taking some time to prepare yourself for the experience. This could involve setting an intention for your practice, hydrating yourself with plenty of water, and wearing comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement.
It is recommended to arrive with an empty stomach, or at least having had a very light meal, at least one hour before the ceremony.
To ensure that you get the most out of your experience, we recommend the following aftercare:

Take care of yourself: It’s important to take care of yourself after the session to allow for emotional release. This might include taking a warm bath, doing some gentle stretching, or simply resting and taking it easy for the remainder of the day.
Avoid electronic devices: Try to minimize your use of electronic devices for as long as possible after the session. This will help to keep you in a relaxed, meditative state and allow you to fully absorb the benefits of the session.
